A group of World War II US Army veterans gathered at the Texas Travel and Information Center for a wreath laying ceremony. The veterans of the 103rd infantry division attended the event that took place near the bronze memorial, "A Call to Duty." This article detailed that "A Call to Duty" is the only statue in the country that was acquired and paid for by the 103rd infantry division.
