- Oral history interview with Flower Mound residents Joe and Mary McMahon. Mary’s father was Frank Waldeck, a platoon sergeant in the 103rd Division which trained at Camp Howze. Joe’s father John A. McMahon was a medical officer during World War II. The McMahons share about their life in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, their family members’ service in WWII and the Korean War, as well as their volunteering and experiences with the 103rd Infantry Division Association of World War II.
